Refund Policy

You can exchange the product within the first 30 calendar days of the item's delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:

• Product is defective and/or damaged.
• Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the Customer.
• Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
• Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
• Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can't be a subject of resale anymore.
• Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will get the exchanged product within 7 business days.
